**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Marketing & Planning**:

- Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive marketing plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and segment target audiences for ISSCA’s programs and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
- **Digital Marketing & Content Management**:

- Optimize digital marketing campaigns for SEO/SEM to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, videos, and press releases.
- **Event Marketing**:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for ISSCA’s global training programs and conferences.
- Develop event marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and web pages.
- Collaborate with event organizers and vendors to ensure successful campaigns.
- **Membership Growth & Engagement**:

- Design and implement strategies to grow ISSCA’s membership base.
- Foster member engagement through newsletters, webinars, and interactive content.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, partners, and stakeholders.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent and professional branding across all marketing channels.
- Position ISSCA as a leader in regenerative medicine education and innovation.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Report on KPIs and ROI to assess effectiveness and guide future strategies.
- **Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Work closely with the executive team to align marketing objectives with ISSCA’s vision.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and videographers to produce high-quality materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including proficiency in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
- Proven track record in content creation, campaign management, and lead generation.
- Experience promoting events, training programs, or certifications is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing platforms like HubSpot or MailChimp.
