**What will you do?**

The Manufacturing engineer is responsible to create Manufacturing Bill of Materials and routings (standard and calculation of earn hours) per family products, ensuring the optimization of resources, balance of production lines and compliance with operating standards.

**How will you do it?**

**1.**Time study analysis for final production, and fabrication areas.

**2.**Create Yamazumi Charts. (Line balance)

**3.** Align process change from manufacturing to MBOM and earn hours.

**4.** Define and create Work Centers aligned to new MBOM structure.

**5.** Create and update routings in SAP.

**6.** Process flow charts for current and future process.

**What are we looking for?**
- BOM and routing knowledge.
- Lean Manufacturing tools knowledge.
- Interpretation of engineering specifications for mechanical and electrical components.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years applicable experience.
- PLM Windchill knowledge.
