**Your function**
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for initiating, developing and/or maintaining commercial contacts, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities (hunter) and providing support to the appointed vendor/partner/dealers (farmer), in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and vendor/partner/dealer profitability.
- Analyze market segment, identify target opportunities, contribute to country market and sales plan;
- Analyze, develop, get approval on
- and implement a vendor/partner/dealer plan and targets;
- Identify and act on, or actively pursue, sales opportunities with vendor/partner/dealer organization;
- Support vendor/partner/dealer organizations in their business activities by providing information, training and financing expertise;
- Visit relations and prospects and bring DLL financing;
- Structure transactions and/or deals with (local) vendor/partner/dealer deviating from program agreement;
- Manage the business relationships with (local) vendor/partner/dealer organizations throughout the relationship life cycle and on a country level.
**Your profile**
- Solid insight and experience in financing companies;
- Outstanding knowledge of sales and financing principles;
- Strong understanding of the Vendor/Partner business;
- Results driven;
- Good communication skills;
- Positive attitude;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Strategic thinking;
- Flexibility/adaptability;
- Time management abilities.
