**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**

The BAC Services Controlling Cross team focuses on standardizing and harmonizing key Controlling processes and tools, adoption of best practices and act as trusted advisor to the CS&D Services Management on regional and global level. The department drives key steering dimensions and coordinates management reporting to support business leaders on their transformation journey.

The Controller will be responsible for supporting CS&D Americas regional functions team as well as the global Concur Services unit. This role entails collaborating closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver insightful financial guidance that aligns with business objectives and fosters growth. The Controller will serve as a trusted business partner, providing actionable insights and facilitating strategic decision-making through rigorous financial analysis. This position demands strong analytical skills, expertise in financial systems, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively across diverse teams.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis support to both CS&D Americas regional functions and global Concur Services teams, ensuring robust financial management and strategic insight that drive business success.
- Lead the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets and forecasts for the regional team, while integrating efforts with the global Concur Services team. Ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives.
- Serve as a key financial business partner for regional and global stakeholders. Collaborate closely to understand business needs and deliver tailored insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain state-of-the-art financial reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics for both units.
- Facilitate seamless integration of the global Concur Services team by providing financial expertise and supporting the adoption of standardized financial processes and tools.
- Analyze financial data to generate actionable insights that contribute to regional growth, global alignment, and service optimization.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and presentations to both regional and global management, articulating complex data in a clear and impactful manner.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional work experience with a strong focus on FP&A
- Ability to present analysis to business leaders and drive complex topics in a global organization
- Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of prioritization, results and execution focused
- Comfort with working in a virtual team and independently showing significant own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive management
- Fluent English language skills oral and written
