**Requirements**:
- Engineering in mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or related.
- Business English level.
- Experience in Budget Control.
- Experience in Quality System Implementation.
- Personnel management.
- Knowledge in RCM, CBM, PdM & TPM.
- Experience implementing Excellence maintenance systems.
- Knowledge in ISO 55000, ISO 55001 & ISO 55002 preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and secure the necessary resources for the operations of the Maintenance process, taking care of costs and verifying the compliance of the processes according to the QMS.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance, preferably in process machinery of the automotive leather industry.
- Ensure that the maintenance team works with the necessary safety conditions, as well as reporting unsafe conditions and acts for the prevention of accidents in the plant.
- Manage the maintenance budget efficiently and reliably, ensuring the purchase of spare parts for the proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipment throughout the Plant, as well as the prevention of possible failures through the implementation of preventive maintenance.
