**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the company’s e-commerce business and operations.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive traffic and maximize conversions.
- Manage the Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Plan, execute, and analyze online marketing campaigns including Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Oversee and coordinate the sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Analyze KPIs and sales reports, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, promotions, and product listings in collaboration with the purchasing team.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, competitors, and new technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in e-commerce management, preferably in high-priced household or electronic appliances.
- Proven experience in driving web traffic and improving online conversions through Google Campaigns and social media marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales and logistics teams.
- **Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).**:

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, and social media campaign tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Guadalajara, Mexico.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the online sale of high-ticket consumer goods.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced e-commerce analytics platforms.
