**Job Title** - Recruiter

**Location**: Mexico City (On-site)

**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver timely staffing solutions
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- Competency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent platforms
- Basic MS Office skills are required
- Experience recruiting for global or US-based clients
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
