WHO ARE WE?

UniOps unit of Unilever, prides itself in innovation and operational excellence. Group Management Reporting (GMR) team operates within UniOps and champions to deliver timely, credible and consistent information to stakeholders with digitally enabled business insights leveraging available data to enable better and faster decision making for Unilever - at the right level.

GMR team would be leading the Digital agenda in month end reporting through technological and business process re-engineering. It aims to streamline E2E management accounting & reporting by radically re-designing processes and operations are managed at best in class costs and service standards.

Location: Tultitlán Mexico / Remote

MAIN PURPOSE:
As the key partner for Global Performance Management team, Group Controller and Clusters - the Assistance Finance manager, GMR will be the Centre of Excellence for all matters relating to Management Reporting - Forecasting and Actuals. This role offers exposure to not just Finance teams but also cross functional teams across global and local organizations. This role also offers a unique opportunity to understand and drive thought leadership around the implementation of Financial Information Modules, Future Technology Landscape for Finance Support systems and Future design of Finance Organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drive Process and Technology change in Month end Close & Reporting- Collaborate with Central teams in defining & delivering reporting changes- Partner with global, cluster & BU finance leaders to deliver best in class services- Strong governance on process compliance and management of all dependent processes ie. Master Data / IT support- Strengthen operation controls to Comply to data quality checks in reporting & consolidation systems- Focus on continuous improvement in operational efficiency leading to cost efficiency at 3PSP- Work closely with Process Excellence & Capability (PEC) team in implementing digital transformation projects- Develop a high performing teams - within 3PSP

WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Advanced English- Strong knowledge of Unilever Financial Accounting Policies, SCOA, FIM and R2R relevant GFCF controls- SAP knowledge in Financial & Management accounting and R2R tools that are being used in Unilever.- Understanding & its dependency on various Global functions especially relating to Record to Report- Experience in Finance role in MCO / Country involving Management Reporting would be preferred- Strong stakeholder management
