**Job Title: Sr. Logistics Specialist**

**SUMMARY**

The Logistics Specialist (LS) will be responsible for analysis and report generation of all invoicing related information flowing through ProTrans Transportation Management System. The LS handles transactional level work on the account. The LS will work closely with the Supply Chain Management, Accounting, and Operational teams. The LS will be held responsible for ensuring all issues related to invoicing are resolved quickly. The LS will play a key role in achieving ProTrans financial objectives and contribute significantly to the bottom line and the overall success of the account.

**Job Description/Responsibilities**

**Perfect Shipment/Load/ASN**
- Responsible for fully understanding the Not Ready to Invoice Report
- Clean up any activity 2 days or older that is in a status of Not Ready to Invoice.
- Work with the ProTrans SCM team to get shipments that need to be cancelled/no charged into the appropriate status.
- Work with the SCM and Accounting (AP) teams to secure paperwork for any shipments missing paperwork.
- Work with Engineering to secure rates for shipments not pulling rates.
- Create ASN’s.
- Create Loads.
- Main point of contact for any issues/items related to the above.

**Validation Report**
- Responsible for fully understanding the Validation Report
- Review errors and develop a plan to fix them in our TMS or make the necessary changes on the validation report.
- Work with the SCM’s, Accounting, Engineering, and Ops to get the necessary information to resolve the errors.
- Reconcile report on a weekly basis to ensure we have a status for every single bordero that we have sent through EDI.
- Main point of contact for any issues/items related to the above.

**Manual Invoicing**
- Responsible for fully understanding the Manual Invoicing Process

Working schedule Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm Hybrid scheme.
