**Position Target**:
Support NPI & production on test equipment, test

coverage improvement and yield improvement.

**Main Responsibility**:
1. Setup test equipment.

2. Familiar with ICT, FCT, 5DXray, Flying probe & SI test equipment.

3. Support production on test equipment.

4. Support debug technicians in test failures.

5. Do other work assigned by supervisor.

6. Responsible for making PFMEA, PPAP documents and APQP new product process design and development planning.

Experiência y requisitos

**Position Requirement**:
1. Lead team of 3~5 TEST engineers on test side.

2. Develop test solution and failure analysis.

3. Test method development & continuous improvement

4. Support production online [GR1] & NPI completion.

5. Annual performance review of Team members[GR2].

6. Tester down time.

7. Familiar with IATF16949 knowledge and five major tools, with internal auditor certificate.

**Education Background**:
Bachelor’s degree education and major in Electronic and Communication or Signal Integrity.

**Capability Skill**:
1. Familiar with PCBA &BPA process.

2. Above 6 years working experience on test.

3. Knowledge and understanding of high-speed protocols such as:

- IEEE
- OIF
- PCIe
- SAS[GR3]

4. Strong presentation skills utilising Microsoft 365 tools.[GR4]

5. Excellent knowledge of Analog and Digital circuits.

6. High level English language, spoken [GR5] and written.

7. Familiar with Robat S1, RXI, RCI machine
