**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Responsible for the administrative activities of the recruitment process for LATAM markets: Mexico, Brazil, South Cone, Andean and Caricam.

**Your Impact**

As** Talent Acquisition Back Office Analyst**your functions would consist:

- As Talent Acquisition Backoffice JR your functions would consist of Handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
- Manage scheduling process for all countries of scope.
- Create offer letters.
- Manage the pre-hire process and all new hire documentation.
- Ensure services are delivered within defined timelines, in accordance with SLAs/KPIs, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for service delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**
- Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese and English
- Bachelor Degree is required
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
