Asegurar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y limpieza general de las instalaciones, incluyendo edificios, jardines y áreas de proceso, alineándose a los estándares de calidad, seguridad y normas ambientales.

**Actividades Principales**:

- Gestión de Mantenimiento:

- Diseñar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a los programas de mantenimiento.
- Monitorear el uso del presupuesto asignado.
- Proveer soporte técnico relacionado con servicios generales.
- Liderazgo y Desarrollo del Personal:

- Gestionar objetivos y planes de desarrollo de su equipo.
- Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y promover indicadores de mejora.
- Implementación de TPM:

- Participar en equipos de mejora y auditorías de TPM.
- Implementar y gestionar proyectos relacionados con pilares TPM.
- Relación con Proveedores y Contratistas:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares en servicios contratados.
- Reportar y supervisar solicitudes y órdenes de servicio.

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad:
Ingeniería Industrial, Civil, Electromecánica, Mecánica, Electrónica, Arquitectura o afín.
- Experiência:
Periodo de entrenamiento en mantenimiento o roles afines.
- Competencias Técnicas:

- Administración y control de procesos de mantenimiento.
- Planeación de recursos y gestión de costos de mantenimiento.
- Conocimientos básicos en administración de proyectos e ingeniería de mantenimiento.
