We have an immediate opportunity for a Production Planning Intern to join us at our diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Assist in updating production schedules and monitoring production orders in SAP/ERP systems.
- Help prepare reports and dashboards related to production performance and capacity planning.
- Follow up with production teams for order status and priority management.
- Assist in preparing daily shipping schedules based on customer requirements and available inventory.
- Support coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely outbound shipments.
- Help track deliveries and assist in resolving shipment delays or issues.
- Support in the documentation and preparation of shipping instructions.
- Help manage customer order entry and modifications in the system.
- Support in responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery status, order updates, and product availability.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Help prepare weekly customer service reports and metrics.

**Background & Skills**:

- At least one year remaining before graduation.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
