**Network Wireless SME**:
Network Wireless SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Hybrid position in Mexico City (Alcaldia Benito Juarez)

Experience: 10+ years (minimum 8 years in wireless domain)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level wireless networks (Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, or equivalent).
- Lead wireless surveys, capacity planning, and performance tuning across large-scale deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
- Integrate wireless infrastructure with wired network environments (LAN/WAN).
- Work closely with routing and switching teams for cross-domain troubleshooting.
- Support wireless controller configuration, firmware upgrades, and security policy enforcement.
- Document network design, topology, and configuration changes.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to deliver reliable and secure network solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Prime Infrastructure, and ISE.
- Expertise in Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF design, and spectrum analysis.
- Experience with wireless site surveys using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.
- Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, VLANs, HSRP, etc.).
- Knowledge of network security, AAA, and RADIUS/TACACS integration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant certifications desirable, such as: CCNP Wireless / CCNP Enterprise / CWNP / Aruba Certified.
- Mandatory Skills: Network Architecting.
