**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
Possess understanding of all departmental functions, objectives and task requirements of Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse operations.

**JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Maintain efficient inventory levels in coordination with purchasing and planning.
- Supply chain management in coordination with purchasing and materials management.
- Proper storage and protection of inventory
- Budgeting and tracking of carrying costs, inventory obsolescence and warehouse operations.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy throughout supply chain warehouse management.
- Coordinate receiving operations, delivery of materials to production in accordance with production schedule, production receiving and execution of shipping operations.
- Tracking of in-transit transportation until receipt.
- Cycle count planning, physical inventory and annual inventory coordination.
- Analysis of inventory transactions in coordination with other areas involved.
- Coordination of our shipping and receiving processes, document control related to purchase orders, referrals, invoices and material flow.
- Overseeing waste operations in conjunction with production personnel.
- Development of Quality, Delivery and Safety Cost Metrics.
- Ability to initiate and lead Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Lead 6S program initiatives when implemented.
- Plan personnel training requirements related to performance and safety.

Education
- College degree or relevant work experience equivalent to a college degree.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Requires a minimum of 2 years up to 5 years in warehouse management operations, shipping and receiving transactions.
- Proven experience in security warehouse operations.
- Customer service experience.
- ERP presentations (Oracle or similar), Excel Advanced and Power Point.
- English: conversational/advanced (NECESSARY).
