Functional Finance support
- Work closely with Customer Center Directors, Sales teams and Program Managers to support quotation submissions and project gate reviews
- Validate the inputs and assumptions taken into the project finance model and be able to influence the internal customer groups in all finance related matters
- Monitories the project performance KPIs
- Master the project finance model and continuously improve the tool to better serve project
- Measure and control the project financial performance along the project life cycle from quotation to end of production
- Follow up of incurred costs, commitment and future costs to ensure it is within the approved project budget

Planning and reporting
- Partner with Program Managers and Directors by providing project forecast preparation, analysis & reporting
- Contribute to the project related reporting including order intake, CAPEX plan, project cost, etc.

Operation Business Partner
- Influence, motivate, and gain support of others in order to achieve organizational goals
- Support operational decision making with relevant, timely and objective analysis
- Communicate financial concepts and requirements clearly to non-financial people

Hourly Rate Improvement & Budget Control:

- Share with technical management teams monthly financials, analysis and be a driver/counselor for improvement
- Cordinate and review the Hourly Rate in plants side

R&D Controller
- R&D monitoring (Hours, headcount expenses and capex),
- Cost center budget monitoring (Headcount & expenses),
- Actuals, budgets and forecasts,
- Hourly rates,
- Division & Group procedures and internal controls.
- Influence, motivate, and gain support of others in order to achieve organizational goals
- Support R&D functional decision making with relevant, timely and objective analysis
- Communicate financial concepts and requirements clearly to non-financial people

Ethics
- Understand, comply with, manage, and lead in accordance with PO code of conduct & OPUS
- Communicate information fairly and objectively, disclosing all key information that could be expected to influence understanding of reports, analysis and recommendations

**Profile**

Personal Background:

- Business or engineering education, qualified accountant a plus
- 7+ years’ experience in finance, accounting
- Fluent English
- Development process / technical center experience required, preferably in automotive sector
- Industrial experience also preferred
- Communication skills, in particular when presenting analysis and results to management

Skills & Abilities:

- Hands on professional with good knowledge of SAP or other ERP and its use in the product development process
- Developed influencing skills to establish authority among peers
- Delegation and follow up skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast paced environment
