Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction:

- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance in labor law matters.
- Act as a professional and knowledgeable representative of the firm, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

2.Information Gathering:
Collect detailed information from potential clients to assess the viability of their cases, including employment history, workplace conditions, and potential legal issues. Document accurate and comprehensive case intake information using firm-specific software or databases.
- Case Evaluation:
Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate the legal merit of potential cases based on the information gathered during intake.
Identify key legal issues and gather pertinent documentation to assist attorneys in making informed decisions.
- Client Education:
Provide basic information about labor laws, legal processes, and potential outcomes to potential clients in a clear and understandable manner. Address client questions regarding the firm's services, fees, and the overall legal process.
- Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Update case statuses and relevant information as cases progress or are declined.
- Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to facilitate smooth case transitions from intake to case management.
Communicate important case details and insights to the appropriate team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and legal terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism during client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using case management software, databases, and other relevant tools.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
