**FINANCE PROFESSIONAL - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE**

In this position you will play a key role by being responsible for perform daily payments, administrative and accounting activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance. Challenge current processes to identify standardization, simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

In this role you:

- Maintain a Performing accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies, internal procedures and statutory requirements.
- Performing daily payments to vendors.
- Following up of bank payment rejections and conciliate bank account entries vs accounting.
- Account reconciliation and follow up of open items.
- Performing prepayment and down payments, follow up of open items.
- Conciliate open items with vendors.
- Support to internal and external clients.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**

**Minimum**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
- Previous experience in Accounting and Fiscal positions.
- English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
- Customer service oriented.

**Preferred**:

- Experience using SAP or other financial planning systems.
