**Position Summary**

Is responsible for Quality management system, customer quality, supplier’s quality, FC Process Quality, Customer PPAP process.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate PPAP process, analyze drawings and specifications in order to provide the correct instructions to get the documentation (FAI, MSE, CPK, PFMEA, CP, etc) ready to be submitted to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with supplier base to ensure two-way communication.
- Lead, Submit and get Customer approval when a new process, new supplier or a change in the process needs to be implemented
- Responsible to lead Customer Corrective Actions with the proper team, experience using the following tools to solve problems; DMAIC, Brainstorming, Ishikawa, 8D, A3, 5W, Present Actions to customer when it is needed.
- Lead customer monthly meetings to follow up quality topics (meet with customer quality representatives)
- Administration of Warranty process of rejected product (CCF system)
- Assure the adequacy, maintenance and continual improvement of Quality ISO9001:2015 system, Responsible to lead Management Review in Apodaca facility, Internal Corrective Actions and Document Control Administration. Perform internal Audits
- Monitoring of RPPM and Scrap metric to generate an action address to improve this metrics.** Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in engineering trade or related
- At least 5 years of Experience in a similar position
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office /Excel, able to develop spread sheets
- Decision making
