**Responsibilities**: - The Private Bank at Citi (CPB) is part of the Institutional Clients Group and offers a wide range of products and solutions, including investment strategies, banking and lending, trust and specialized services.The Private Bank delivers solutions to help meet the individual, family and business needs of over 10,000 ultra-high net worth clients around the world. The Private Bank is focused on clients with a minimum net worth of $25mm and serves 40% of the world’s billionaires and their families. - The individual in this role will report into the Citi Trust International Head of Investment management and will be be expected to oversee the investment processes for international discretionary trust accounts and helps manage investment risk.The responsibilities of the position include the following: - Establishing the investment objectives for discretionary trusts - Determining the appropriate asset allocation and manager selection strategies - Performing periodic investment reviews, generating reports and presenting the results to senior management - Managing risk exposures in trust accounts - Reviewing and approving investment requests and proposals - Performing investment manager due diligence and ongoing monitoring - Preparing risk management reports for management and oversight committees.**Qualifications**: - 6-10 years of experience - Robust investment management experience with a focus on international trust/fiduciary management and open architecture for traditional and alternative investments, including manager research and due diligence. Robust experience with international trust st - Experience executing securities transaction in global fixed income and equity markets; portfolio analytics, demonstrated ability to work independently, and execute sound reasoning and judgment; Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred Con el objetivo de implementar la estrategia ESG es necesario contar con un perfil de ESG Strategy & Climate Risk Officer que pueda encaminar la estrategia ESG hacia los estándares internacionales. Sus principales responsabilidades serán: - Identificar mediante investigación y a través de llamadas con expertos ESG externos las mejores prácticas ESG e implementarlas en Citibanamex Afore con el objetivo de llevar la estrategia ESG hacia los más altos estándares. - Líder de la estrategia de riesgo climático. - Coordinar la participación de la Afore en iniciativas ESG. - Preparar el material que se presenta ante los órganos de gobierno de Citibanamex Afore. - Dar seguimiento a los eventos mas relevantes y avances ESG a nível global. - Dar soporte y desarrollar herramientas para la integración efectiva del análisis ESG en el proceso de selección de activos. - Participar en llamadas de inversionistas y reuniones con el management de las empresas. - Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a un sistema para medir los avances y desarrollos ESG de las empresas. - Dar seguimiento a eventos relevantes de las empresas y sus industrias. **Required skills**: - 4+ años de experiência en un rol dentro del equipo de inversiones o equipo ESG. - Estructura, disciplina y accountability. - Licenciatura en economía, finanzas o equivalente con un enfoque en sustentabilidad.
