**General Description of the Role**

The Export Customer Service & Logistics Specialist oversees the end-to-end order to delivery process and ensures compliance for finished product exports. This role is dedicated to maintaining timely and complete fulfilment of Mexico Operations and global requirements, while optimising cost efficiency and service standards.

As a process owner is responsible to assure service level with the best cost possible and the achievement the financial goals of the group.

**Mission/Objectives**

The Export CS&L Specialist mission is to:

- Ensure the accomplishment of national and international regulations on exports operations.
- Identify in a timely manner, expenses deviations and propose remediation action plans.
- Look for savings and expenses reductions in her/ his operations.

**Key Responsibilities and Activities**
- Design and management of the export plan according to request delivery date.
- Coordinate with Master Planner and Arandas team the transactional process to make the tequila exports complete and on time, ensuring the delivery to the destination (including shipment arrangements and scheduling with forwarders)
- Planning and analysis of export expense budget.
- Monitoring legislative changes and effective communication.
- Lead operational alignment for onboarding new suppliers, ensuring smooth integration into export processes.
- Track and analyse OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance for export shipments.
- Review and analyse Flex reports to optimize operational flexibility and efficiency.
- Control and oversee export provisions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor legislative changes and communicate updates effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise export documentation to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Management of international transportation POs (SAP transport module).
- Keep the first contact with Forwarders and Customs Agency suppliers.
- Keep own procedures and process update and generate performance KPI.
- Delivers all Finance, Audit & Controllers information requirements on time.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position with logistics knowledge and experience.

**Education / Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in international commerce, Administration, logistics or related field.

- Strong understanding of logistics cost structures and budget control.
- International Commerce knowledge (laws, regulations, incoterms and customs).
