We are currently hiring a full-time Hotel & Restaurant Manager with experience in the field to join our team at our Boutique Hotel with 6 suites located in the Historic Center of Morelia. The selected individual will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations for both the hotel and restaurant, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all areas, achieving financial goals, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. **Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven Experience supervising teams and managing hotel/restaurant operations, including customer service, maintenance, and financial management..
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficiency of Front Desk protocols, overseeing the provision of excellent customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Manage monthly team schedules and team communications for the Hotel and Restaurant Team.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the structure, appliances, and systems, including the completion of checklists and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
- Handle cash and bank transfer transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments and issuance of invoices.
- Coordinate all utility, cleaning supply, laundry, and linen services.
- Provide assistance with various aspects of restaurant and bar operations, such as daily bar stock control, service evaluation, and supplier payments.
- Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for prompt resolution.
- Maintain the dining area's ambiance by coordinating lighting, music, and overall atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to create a cohesive and efficient 360-degree experience**.**:

- Conduct restaurant cash closing five out of seven days a week and generate sales-related reports as required.
