**Who We Are**
We are a dedicated team focused on advocating for our clients in personal injury cases. We are looking for a Legal Assistant to play a key role in managing and resolving our cases.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage 60-80 cases at various stages of the personal injury claim process.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to keep them informed.
- Gather key documents such as medical records, insurance information, background details, and more.
- Coordinate with private investigators and medical treatment managers.
- Write case summaries and draft demand letters for insurance companies (templates provided).
- Analyze each case and propose effective strategies to move forward.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills in written English (not necessarily professional-level writing).
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
