**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial interviews to assess English level, sales potential, and cultural fit.
- Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in sourcing sales or customer-facing roles for the US market.
- Knowledge of sales role profiles, particularly SDRs.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, job boards, and social media.
- Advanced English (verbal & written) - able to conduct interviews confidently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven personality.
