- System maintenance for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting software issues
- Experience w/performance tuning, monitoring, and patching PeopleSoft internal and external stacks
- DB administration which includes performing basic database administration (advanced will be supported by DBAs), ad-hoc queries for analysis and reporting
- Maintenance, enhancement of PeopleSoft security configuration (experience w/Appsian is a plus)
- User role development
- developing, maintain user security roles in PS system
- Documentation: Creating, maintaining, and updating Runbooks and system documentation
- Performing core testing and validations of system after change
- Proficient in Phire for code migrations
