**What will help you succeed**:

- Upper Intermediate English skills.- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, IAM, and Okta preferred.- At least 5 years of experience working on IAM projects and implementations.- Proven experience in Okta implementations and integrations, particularly within SOX-compliant environments.- Strong background in IAM, SSO, MFA, and related security protocols.- Experience working with ERP systems and managing user access roles and permissions.- Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Universal Directory, and user migration processes.- Strong understanding of LCM and UKG PaaS.- Proficient in developing and executing IT and end-user communication strategies.
