Ignite Visibility is a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency with offices in San Diego, CA, and Orlando, FL. We are looking for a talented in-house Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

This is an international opportunity for those residing in Latin America, Mexico, and South America looking to work for a U.S. organization. Must be able to work U.S. business hours.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Salesforce Administration:

- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and enhance workflows, approval processes, and custom objects.
- CPQ Expertise:

- Configure and manage Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting models, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CPQ solutions tailored to business needs.
- Development & Customization:

- Design and implement custom solutions using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Optimize Salesforce Lightning pages for improved user experience.
- Develop advanced automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
- AI & Automation Enhancements:

- Leverage Salesforce Einstein AI tools to enhance analytics and automate insights.
- Implement advanced automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Collaboration & Support:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and support requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Provide training to end-users to improve adoption rates.

**Qualifications**Required Skills**:

- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and CPQ.
- Proficiency in Visualforce, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex programming.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automations (Flows, Process Builder) and AI tools like Einstein Analytics.
- Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with integrations involving third-party systems (e.g., SAP or other ERPs).
- Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Certifications:

- Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred but not required).
- Additional certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator or CPQ Specialist are highly desirable (preferred but not required).

**Soft Skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
