Chief DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Chief DevOps Engineer to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for advancing infrastructure, streamlining workflows, and optimizing the performance of AI/ML systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, ensure system reliability, and enable the efficient deployment of machine learning models into production environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure to support AI/ML workflows and processes
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment of machine learning models and services
- Collaborate with data science teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production systems
- Optimize workflows for training and retraining AI/ML systems to ensure efficiency and flexibility
- Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track system reliability and model performance
- Debug and validate machine learning models to ensure accuracy and functionality in production environments
- Develop reusable frameworks and libraries to enhance development processes and efficiency
- Work with stakeholders to evaluate and implement MLOps tools and best practices

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 years of experience in a DevOps role
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing development teams
- Advanced proficiency in Python for managing infrastructure and workflows
- Proven experience in deploying, testing, and debugging machine learning models in production environments
- Demonstrated ability to train and retrain AI/ML systems effectively and adaptively
- Strong expertise in monitoring and optimizing system workflows and model performance
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and the ability to recommend and implement them as needed
- Experience in building reusable libraries and frameworks to support development teams
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
