**Job Description**:
The Mopar Accessories Program Manager is responsible for leading a cross functional team in the
development of a comprehensive accessory portfolio for several vehicle nameplates. The selected
with vehicle launch. Additionally, this role will develop value added, streamlined processes that
enable fast market response and profitable sales growth of Mopar Accessories. The Mopar
Accessories Program Manager is the single point of contact for portfolio status to Mopar
Leadership, as well as the direct link between Mopar and the production Vehicle Line Model
Responsible for accessory program status.
This position will also establish/maintain productive relationships with not only the Vehicle
Platforms, but internal Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality in order to
achieve a common goal for product availability in market.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline from accredited institution Minimum of 5
years of program management experience in an OEM or supplier environment Must
demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills
Required ability to work in cross functional groups
Excellent communication skills with experience with reporting to Executive management
Required proficiency in MS-Office/G-Suite tools, including database and program
tracking/reporting methods
Self-starter that enjoys a creative environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Graduate degree in Management discipline
Application of DFSS principles
Experience taking programs to executive management for approval
Brand knowledge and vehicle enthusiast
Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket

Additional Information

Activities:
Manage a cross functional team in the development of a comprehensive accessory portfolio for

several vehicle nameplates though chairing the team huddle and tracking timing deliverables, leading

timing recovery as needed
- Author Accessory Investigate Bulletins, collect and consolidate results and publish final approval

documents (action letters)
- Coordinate activities supporting the Vehicle Platform teams, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering,

Supply Chain, Custom Shop, and Quality in order to achieve a common goal for product availability in

the market
- Develop PC level decks to support Mopar Accessories at the Vehicle Program Approval milestone
- Collaborate with Product Planning to drive a customer-focused accessory portfolio on time with

vehicle launch
- Identify and propose streamlined process' as part of continuous improvement efforts to enable fast

market response and profitable sales growth of Mopar Accessories
- Manage budget items for the responsible Mopar Accessories including T&F, ER&D, ED&D spending

and monitor engineering resources per approved spending plan
- Proactive escalation of issues and roadblocks promptly to drive rapid resolution
