**Position Overview**

Seeking a 30 hours a week intern to help with daily accounting processes.

**Scope of Responsibility**
- Collaborate, communicate, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Close interaction with Accounts Payable team to support Mexico’s and Brazil’s daily operation.
- Employee Travel and Expense Reports Control and Documentation. Intern’s priority is to double check invoices are following Tax Authority guidelines and that VAT amount to be booked is matching with all the provided documentation.
- Daily bank reconciliation (book manual entries)
- VAT review on Travel and Expenses on daily entries the intern’s priority is to double check that the VAT amount to be booked is matching.

**Specific Knowledge/Skills**
- Affinity for working with numbers and data is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work both independently and across teams

**Desired Experience**

Bank reconciliation and Basic Local taxes
