**Objective**

The HRBP Specialist MC will contribute to aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Position required to support and sustain actual HRBP functions for MC- Melting & Sands with a HC of 850 employees.
- The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
- Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
- Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineer
- Master degree desirable
- English Business level
- Organized, innovative, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility
- 4-6 Years on Manufacturing Plants (HR Roles / Personnel Administration)
