Sale Representative, Hermosillo Mexico

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Sales Representative you will play a key role for Manages Key Market in assigned territory in the division of Abrasive System Division in Hermosillo Mexico. In this role you will be able to
- Understands sales goals and establishes self-directed sales coverage aligned with the Division objectives.
- Recommends adjustments and reassessments to business plan and establishes new objectives.
- Exhibits leadership with accounts & prospects.
- Provide support & training for the key distributors.
- Applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans.
- Utilizes selling process to achieve sales results.
- Represents business unit products and services to customers and prospects.
- Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor.

Your Skills and Expertise
- Graduated as Industrial Engineer or correlated areas
- Industrials sales experience
- Intermediate English
- Availability to travel in assigned territory
- Preparation of cost benefit analysis, excel tables, etc
- Available to live and work in Hermosillo, Mexico

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience managing territories, achieving objectives and goals, independent, self-oriented and motivated, selling skills and administration, organized, time efficiency, technical knowledge of industry manufacturing, and cost-benefit analysis.
