The Intelligence Lead Analyst is a senior level professional responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze regional threat data and determine a correlation if any, to existing intelligence requirements
- Monitor and research cyber threats with a direct or indirect impact to the Citi brand
- Research and identify malicious activity by performing post-mortem analysis on logs, traffic flows, and other activities
- Conduct intrusion analyses to ascertain the impact of an attack, and develop mitigation techniques for future attacks
- Evaluate networks and programs to assess potential weaknesses and points of entry
- Analyze and present to senior leadership discovered patterns to forecast future cyber-attacks and their potential impact
- Liaise with intelligence communities, law enforcement, industry partners, peer financial institutions, and information sharing communities
- Triage, process, analyze, and disseminate intelligence alerts, reports, and briefings
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Should have a working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Advanced Persistent Threat, Third Party Risks/Threats, Cybercrime, Extremist Groups and Cyber Terrorists, Hacktivism, Distributed Denial of Service attacks, Fraud, Malware, Mobile Threats
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Proven analytical skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred

Banamex Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) es un equipo de seguridad e investigación de servicio completo que protege los activos, la integridad y la reputación de Grupo Financiero Banamex (Banamex) y sus clientes. Ofrecemos servicios de seguridad profesionales internos e investigaciones independientes a clientes de todas las líneas de negocio de Banamex, a la vez que colaboramos con agencias de aplicación de la ley y pares de la industria. La Unidad de Servicios de Inteligencia (ISU), dentro de BSIS, combina recursos especializados de recopilación de inteligencia y análisis, en apoyo de amenazas de seguridad física y fraude, e inteligencia empresarial.
El puesto de Analista Sénior de Seguridad Táctica y Operativa es responsable de recopilar, refinar y analizar la inteligencia para comprender y mitigar las amenazas de seguridad física. Este puesto supervisa todos los procesos y tareas implementados relacionados con el análisis y la producción de evaluaciones de amenazas de seguridad y productos especializados en consulta con clientes internos y la alta dirección. Además, el titular se relaciona, desarrolla y gestiona las relaciones con el sector privado, las agencias de aplicación de la ley y las agencias reguladoras para promover las operaciones de seguridad de Banamex, el monitoreo de amenazas, la gestión de crisis y la respuesta. En apoyo de las funciones de seguridad de BSIS, el analista sénior realizará y apoyará el análisis estratégico y operativo de una amplia gama de amenazas de seguridad que enfrenta Banamex, incluidas, entre otras, el crimen organizado, la inestabilidad geopolítica, los conflictos regionales, el malestar social, el terrorismo y los actores no estatales. El análisis se basará en flujos de inteligencia internos y externos y se desarrollará en colaboración con una variedad de equipos de BSIS, unidades de Banamex, agencias de aplicación de la ley y reguladoras. El puesto requiere experiência en gestión de inteligencia para abordar amenazas a la seguridad física, así como riesgos políticos y violentos. El individuo interactuará regularmente con las partes interesadas internas y externas para definir los requisitos de inteligencia y desarrollar soluciones innovadoras para amenazas emergentes y persistentes.
En apoyo de las funciones de seguridad de BSIS, el analista sénior se coordinará con el Centro de Comando, las unidades de Gestión de Crisis, el liderazgo sénior, los socios internos de Banamex, los proveedores y las partes interesadas externas. El analista sénior gestionará proyectos de seguridad táctica y operativa y se asociará con pares en la ISU para respaldar la creación de productos estratégicos. El puesto requiere la capacidad de convertir amenazas difíciles y cambiantes en preguntas de negocios, soluciones analíticas estructuradas y estrategias de mitigación para impulsar el cambio, mejorar los procesos de gestión de riesgos y ayudar a la alta dirección a tomar decisiones informadas.
