A material planner manages the supply chain and inventory for a production facility. They ensure that the right materials are available at the right time to meet production schedules.

Material planners work closely with manufacturing and purchasing departments. They are responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, and disposal.

Experiência y requisitos

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Forecasting**: Use sales data and trends to predict future needs
- ** Planning**: Create strategic plans to meet future needs
- ** Inventory management**: Manage inventory levels and conduct inventory counts
- ** Supplier coordination**: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- ** Supply chain optimization**: Optimize the supply chain to meet production targets
- ** Risk assessment**: Identify and assess areas of risk to minimize impact on production
- ** System maintenance**: Keep planning systems up to date and resolve any issues
- ** Bill of materials**: Monitor the integrity of the bill of materials
- ** Training and orientation**: Assist with training and orientation programs
- ** Safety programs**: Assist with safety programs and protocols

**Requirements**:

- Visa Laser available.
- English Level Advanced.
- Experience in the position: 2-3 years
- Bachelor's degree complited.
