We are currently searching for a long-term Freelance Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering tickets and providing outstanding support to our clients in both French and English. If you're looking for a rewarding position where you can make a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you. - Native or very high proficiency in French and English - Experience in customer care - Excellent customer service skills - Empathy - Attention to detail - Autonomy and proactivity in lead management - Tech-savvy and previous work with CRM (Zendesk Sell, Salesforce) - Reaching daily objectives of assigned tickets, solving issues promptly and efficiently. You'll be asked to solve at least 10 tickets per hour, ideally up to 15 **Conditions**: - 11 USD/hourly - Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 2 A.M. to 7 A.M. CET - Days off: Sunday and Monday - Initial contract: 1 month, with potential for indefinite extension based on performance - Performance-based bonus: an extra payment at the end of the year if all objectives are met - Extra benefit: one week of paid vacation for the freelancer - Native or very high proficiency in French and English - Experience in customer care - Excellent customer service skills - Empathy - Attention to detail - Autonomy and proactivity in lead management - Tech-savvy and previous work with CRM (Zendesk Sell, Salesforce) - Reaching daily objectives of assigned tickets, solving issues promptly and efficiently.
