Executes change management activities of Future in Action and Digital Transformation programs to accelerate the adoption of the main cultural changes in the company worldwide. Also supports HR P&D deliverables such as the implementation of WE’x survey worldwide and the adoption of HR evolution platforms.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Change Management (Future in Action, Digital Transformation)**
- Manage the execution of change management deliverables (communication, learning, enablement, reinforcement) to ensure the local implementation and adoption of the Future in Action and Digital Transformation programs.
**Other responsibilities may also include**:
- Workforce Experience initiatives support (WE’x survey, Digital Citizenship, etc.)
- HR Evolution change management efforts (new HR platforms & processes roll-out)

- Detail oriented to build reports, analysis & communications
- Develop a strong internal & external network
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficient in graphic design tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. (desirable)
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (interviews will be in both Spanish and English)
- Copywriting and graphic design skills
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Creative mindset
- Desired previous experience in: internal communications and change management
