**Minimum qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture.

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work across YouTube’s video and display advertising suite of products.
- Drive alignment across key stakeholders in leadership, and collaborate with Sales teams to execute on annual plans across YouTube.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders in the Sales and Product organizations appropriately framing around business rationale, advertiser needs, and business opportunity for the sector.
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sector Leads to drive business through deep industry knowledge, product expertise, and strategic thinking to support the holistic one Video and Display go-to-market approach.
- Lead key reservation/social initiatives and communications across the sector teams to ensure consistent and well-executed deployment at scale, through client and agency Sales teams.
