Program Manager serves as liaison to its customers through the establishment and monitoring of work plans and programs, providing the infrastructure and resources to guarantee for optimum service and customer satisfaction, including specialized personal attention, coordination of technical services of different support departments (HR, IT, Maintenance, Customs, EHS, etc.) and orientation according to the contractual terms of each customer. Monitors assigned manufacturing projects invoicing, as well as their financial results.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Master’s is a plus -Fully bilingual -Experience 5+ yrs of exposure to customer service -5 years of experience as Project manager in manufacturing fields such Medical, aerospace, metal mechanic, hospitality, etc. -Customer Service Oriented and high sense of urgency -3+ yrs of experience in Manufacturing Ops: Startups Launch, Lean Mfg, QA, Production, Supply Chain, HR -Leadership and negotiation skills -General knowledge of Customs Services, Billing, I.T. Services, Building Maintenance, etc. -Computer literacy in MS Windows an MS Office Package, MS Project.
