**What will your job look like?**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions that support business objectives.
- Explore and integrate performance testing tools to evaluate and enhance Databricks workloads.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code for data processing and automation.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**All you need is...**:
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on Databricks is a must.
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
- Interest or experience in performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, Loadrunner, Locust, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- Based in Guadalajara or willing to work in a hybrid model from this location.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in data engineering.
