The AI Engineer (LLM Focus) will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered products and features leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes fine-tuning LLMs, building APIs and integrations, and ensuring the performance, scalability, and

reliability of LLM-based solutions. The AI Engineer will work closely with leadership, operations to bring cutting-edge LLM technology to production.

Responsibilities and functions

2. Build robust and scalable APIs for accessing and interacting with LLMs.

3. Integrate LLM-powered solutions with existing systems and workflows.

4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of LLM models in production.

5. Research and experiment with new LLM architectures and techniques.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.

7. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLM research and development.

8. Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices for LLM development and deployment.

9. Mentor junior team members on LLM technologies and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (Desirable)
- Advanced English level
- Specialized knowledge: Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, Prompt Engineering
- Computer knowledge: Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps tools, API development
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and LLMs
- Problem solving
