**Responsibilities**:
- Issue purchase orders for indirect materials
- Issue and expedite purchase orders with suppliers/ carriers
- Communication with McAllen warehouse personnel and import/export to bring material across the border
- Analyze indirect material shortages
- Watch spend on autobuy items
- Assist in preparing e-bid events in Ariba and execute them.
- Assist Receiving and A/P departments in reconciling invoices.
- Update KPI for MRO Department and publish them
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineer or similar.
- Bilingual preferebly.
- Good to advanced Excel skills, to prepare reports, charts and analysis.
- Knowledge of Oracle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
