**Administrador de Recursos Humanos**

**Resumen del Puesto**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Elaborar y mantener reportes relacionados con la gestión de personal y recursos humanos.
- Redactar, gestionar y archivar contratos de trabajo y otros documentos relacionados.
- Proporcionar atención al personal, resolviendo inquietudes y facilitando información relevante.
- Administrar los servicios del personal, incluyendo el funcionamiento del comedor y otros beneficios.
- Gestionar la recepción, seguimiento y pago de facturas del departamento de Recursos Humanos.
- Mantener actualizados los expedientes del personal, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y confidencialidad.
- Colaborar en la organización de actividades de bienestar y cultura organizacional.
- Asistir en el proceso de onboarding y desvinculación de empleados.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en un rol administrativo dentro del área de Recursos Humanos.
- Conocimiento básico de legislación laboral y mejores prácticas en la gestión de personal.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y trabajar de manera independiente.
- Dominio de herramientas de oficina y software de gestión de Recursos Humanos.
- Inglés deseable.
