**What You’ll Do**
Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-level roles
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialist roles
Design and support recruitment campaigns and assessment centers
Use data insights to improve recruitment outcomes
Mentor and coach junior team members
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
**What You Bring**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and guide others
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Passion for continuous improvement and customer focus
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
