**About the role**:
The position will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to achieve growth and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) objectives across various channels for all Core Reckitt’s Brand. This role is responsible for providing the Financial and Sales Directors with high-quality information and insights to support the approval of investments and strategic decision-making for each channel.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Financial Partnership with Sales: Educate the sales team and proactively develop solutions to optimize the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement at Net Revenue and Gross Margin levels.
- Forecasting and Risk Management: Proactively communicate forecast fluctuations and accuracy, as well as identify customer risks and opportunities, to the Leadership Team.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure the attainment of financial and stretch objectives as committed by understanding and influencing drivers of all P&L components and challenging assumptions as needed
- Investment Analysis: Conduct Return on Investment (ROI) evaluations for trade investment activities to assess their effectiveness and profitability.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives focused on optimizing trade investment allocations per customer to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams to develop trade spend forecasts and ensure budget compliance
**The experience we're looking for**:
- **Academic Background**
- Qualified Accountant or professional certification in Finance/Accounting.
- **Work Experience**
- 4 to 6 years of industry experience.
- Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and implement change management projects.
- **Language Skills**
- Advanced English proficiency.
- **Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in **SAP**.
- Advanced **Excel** skills.

**Professional Qualifications**:
- Certified Accountant or equivalent finance/accounting certification
