Purpose of Role
It attends to the needs of the pupil, promoting comprehensive development.

ISP Early Years teacher Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans and activities for young children.
Assess and monitor student progress and development.
Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Strong early childhood education and instructional skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Patience and creativity in working with young children
