**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering, Production or Manufacturing Processes)
- Full Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- 2+ years of experience leading start-up of new programs.
- 8 + years of experience in manufacturing operations (production or engineering)
- 3+ Years Experience FORD OEM
- Experiences management multiple program projects.
- **
+5 Years experience in the process of Electrical harnesses Manufacturing required**
- Lean Manufacturing and Serial Manufacturing Techniques.
- Experiences on Problem solving Techniques.
- Knowledge of the Automotive Quality Management system.
- Knowledge of Core Tools AIAG (oriented to PPAP, APQP and Control Plan).
- Knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality System
**Position DeEscrituraion**
Manage the program team for specified customer(s) and program(s). Ensure all deliverables, both internal and external, are executed on time and with quality.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the program team(s) and coordinate activities, including meeting with the customer on a regular basis, to ensure TENA is meeting all program deliverables and closing all open issues in a timely manner
- Represent and support the program management functions in the effort to secure new business with all NA OEMs and Tier 1 customers by supporting the RFQ process for new business with Program Management input as required
- Follow company (and ISO / IATF) standards, including compliance to processes, methods, and tools as specified in those standards for the entire APQP process and related tasks
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel involved with the APQP process from all functional groups
- Follow all customer procedures for program launches and engineering changes
- Maintain communication with customers at similar positions in order to obtain information related to specific part programs
- Take leadership role in any part transfers or new model program launches
- Advise upper management of any issues that may affect program timing requirements
