Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Inquiry process interfacing with Sales, Legal, Finance
- Draft communications for Sales team to relate SCO information at the appropriate detail
- Drive employee engagement programs
- Support team objective and key results tracking in WorkBoard
- Improve tools and processes for KPIs and budget management
- Support Chief of Staff activities such as managing deadlines to HR activities, functional reviews, QBRs, organization of business repositories, and more
**Qualifications**:
- Thrive in an innovative and dynamic environment, comfortable challenging the status quo, creative and passionate about implementing innovative solutions and new working models that drive customer satisfaction and address operational problems
- Ability to manage ambiguity, proactively pull resources/information yet make decisions based on available information
- Demonstrated cross-functional program/project management experience of at least 5 years, including experience in system roll outs
- 5-8 years of high-tech Supply Chain experience
- A self-starter who excels in working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences at all levels and must possess the ability to establish interpersonal relationships and build trust with key collaborators. In short, a go-getter who can cross organizational boundaries to get things done
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency in process documentation
- Experience in project management
- Comfortable working with Director level and above
