What will you do?
- Monitor, analyze, and report on project costs
- Ensures financial transactions are in line with internal and external regulations / guidelines
- Identify and document variances (cost of non-conformance) to budget as well as the prior Estimate-At-Completion (EAC)
- Prepare monthly project status reports
- Understand and participate in commercial aspects of customer contracts
- Timely and accurate billings for project milestones
- Ensure timely customer payments
- Coordinate other contractual requirements (e.g., performance guarantees, insurances, taxes, sureties) to achieve contract commitments.
- Documentation in line with the mandatory internal and external requirements
- Responsible of preparation of progress estimations required for the billing process, as well gather all related documentation from internal team members
- Monitor and control import costs in order to fulfill contract requirements related to Import Quota, as well to report progress to customer on a monthly basis
- Monitor, control and approve supplier estimations according to work progress and ensure payments are performed on a timely manner.
