Activitiies
- The Customer Service Support Office representative jr is responsible for all administrative operations related a customer’s purchase orders, claims, disputes, customer care and master data, ensuring that customer-related activities are carried out daily. It is done within the company's procedures and quality standards, also adhering to current business standards.
- Customer Service Support Office representative teams will be organized by functions and are responsible for a specific process shared as below:

- Sales Order Process: Order entry, Modification, Cancellation, Check & Validation.
Reactive: Customer MD management. Proactive: Delivery Generation Monitoring, Proactive Outstanding
- Delivery Process: Order & delivery optimization.
