Make statistics for internal of top 3 failures, downtime, MTTR and MTFB
- Attend internal and client meetings.
- Keep downtime below 10%
- Schedule and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate technicians to provide efficient and effective troubleshooting.
- Perform tests and implement improvements required by the customer in conjunction with the process engineer
- Troubleshoot line failures in a fast and efficient way for a good production output.
- Personnel management for scheduling shifts and schedules, attendance, absences and overtime.
- Implement and supervise the correct implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance
- Handling of FANUC and YAMAHA robots
- Knowledge on PLC
- KEYENCE vision system adjustment

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
